BREAKING: 12 Injured, 4 Reportedly Dead in Washington D.C. Navy Yard Shooting

Twelve injured and four reportedly dead during a shooting at the Washington Navy Yard, an administrative building for the US Navy in Washington, D.C. The shooter is reportedly a bald black male, wearing black clothing. The gunman has reportedly been neutralized, but there are reports of as many as two others. For a short time, a flight stop was ordered at both Dulles and Reagan international airports.
