We're confident the report will confirm what we've said-US State Department

A report by U.N. chemical weapons experts will likely confirm that poison gas was used in an August 21st attack on the Syrian suburbs of Damascus that killed hundreds of people, a U.S. State Department spokesperson said on Friday.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT DEPUTY SPOKESWOMAN MARIE HARF SAYING:
"I'm confident, actually - that the UN report will reaffirm what we've long said, right. It's not going to assign blame, as we've also long said, but it will reaffirm that chemical weapons were used in Syria in large scale on August 21st. I think - we think that that only underscores the need for action to happen at the United Nations to address this issue."
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said earlier Friday that he believes the report will show overwhelming evidence that chemical weapons were used.
