The nation rose up in protest when Delhi gangrape victim was brutalised. The nation demanded rigorous punishment for the culprits. But there has been much debate after the juvenile rapists got only three years of imprisonment. Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung has expressed his disappointment with the verdict and has demanded that juvenile age be brought down.
