Rwanda and DRC trade blame over shelling

UN peacekeepers in eastern Congo say they have witnessed shelling into Rwandan territory from positions occupied by M23 rebels. Tensions are rising between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo as they blame each other for the shells that landed on both sides of their shared border killing two civilians on Wednesday.
