US-Iraq negotiations amid violence

US Secretary of State John Kerry is due to meet Iraq's foreign minister Hoshyar Zebari in Washington DC. July saw the highest number of deaths in a month since the worst of the sectarian violence in 2008. The rise in attacks has once again put the spotlight on relations between the US and Iraq. Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports from Baghdad.
