Chef Joe is honored to have been awarded the Best of the Palm Beaches award, in 2003, from The Palm Beach Post for "Best Seafood Restaurant" in Palm Beach County. He has also had several recipes published, in all areas of print, and he earned the opportunity to be flown to Hollywood, California, to cook for the cast of the Emmy-Award winning television show, "The West Wing," in 2005, when they craved some East Coast-style seafood.
