New German wind farm faces delay over ammunition find
A new German North Sea wind farm meant to begin providing power to thousands of homes on Sunday has been blown off course by a row over how much energy it consumes.
There was an official opening ceremony for the offshore Riffgat farm near the island of Borkum as its operator, EWE says its work is done but the farm is now sucking up more power than it produces.
