Deepika Wanted To Replace Priyanka In Mary Kom Biopic?

Having bagged quite a few films of late, Deepika is believed to have a bit of sports background and that's exactly what has drawn her interest towards sports and films based on sportspersons. Reportedly, Deepika recently made a light confession that she would have loved to be a part of Mary Kom's biopic.
Apparently, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is making a movie based on Mary Kom, the ace boxer and the national award winner, starring Priyanka Chopra to play the lead, this film has already finalized on its cast and crew. However, having heard this Deepika yet seems to be very keen on doing the film. During one of her interactions with the media, Dippy admitted by saying that she would have loved to do a biopic on Mary Kom but with Priyanka being the current lead, Deepika seems to have no issues and is happy about the film's take!
