BREAKING: Judge Grants Amanda Bynes Parents Conservatorship

A judge Friday granted conservatorship to parents of troubled actress Amanda Bynes. Bynes was not in court because doctors have extended her psychiatric hold for 30 days calling her "gravely disabled" with mental illness. A judge will decide in 30 days whether or not to make the conservatorship permanent.
