Cameron warns Spanish PM over Gibraltar spat

Britain and Spain have promised to find a diplomatic solution to the tensions over Gibraltar. Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy has committed to reducing security checks at the border, allowing more efficient crossings. But those living on either side say border spats and closures are still disrupting their lives. Al Jazeera's Phil Lavelle reports from Gibraltar.
