Justin Bieber Promises Fans and Grabs Photographer's Camera

Justin Bieber is shown signing autographs and taking pictures with fans who gathered outside his hotel this morning. One fan tells Justin that if he comes to the Bronx, he will take care of him. Justin responds that he can go anywhere. As one photographer gets close to take a picture, Justin's bodyguard and then later Justin reach for the man's camera.
