In Russia, a traffic policeman was intentionally hit by a driver who refused to stop. The officer, Alexander Seleznev, then found himself hanging on the hood of the car. He was injured but his life is not in danger. Despite this hit and run entirely filmed by dashcam, driver named Sergei Siluyanova was found by police and arrested two days later.
