After a few years, we found ourselves working in the Windy City. My passion for food and wine kept on growing as I finished Sommelier school in Chicago, and I was hired to come back to South Florida and run the wine service program at the IL' Lugano Hotel and it's restaurant DaCampo Osteria owned by the famous chef Todd English. I worked there for three years.
