Chef Joe's favorite item, on the menu at The Office, is the award-winning CEO Burger, which he says teases all of the flavor senses of the palate. He credits the combination of wonderful ingredients for the burger's superb taste, including the sweetness of the tomato confit, the richness of the Maytag Blue cheese, the nuttiness of the Gruyere Swiss, and the savoriness of the thick cut Nueske bacon.
