Rough Cut Film Review scrapes the bottom of Troma's very deep barrel to bring you a review of Surf Nazis must die - it's a film that proves you should never judge a book by it's cover or an exploitation flick by it's title.. this film lacks a single redeeming quality - it's not gross or disgusting or morally bankrupt but it's stupid, terribly made and incredibly boring.
