Medical handicap cripples Mumbai

It's another medical handicap that has crippled the city of Mumbai- premature twins born in a private nursing home urgently requiring neonatal care died days after they were turned away by the city's three biggest public hopsitals for lack of ventilators. The indifference, the apathy has permeated so deep into our systems that even at the sight of dying children, these men and women remain unmoved.
