Mulayam Singh Yadav regrets on his decision after 23 years

Almost 23 years after he ordered firing on 'kar sevaks' in Ayodhya, Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Monday told a news channel that the "decision was painful" but he had had no other option.
