Congress to launch food security bill in its 5 ruled states

Seeking to cash in on the ambitious food security bill, congress president Sonia Gandhi asked the state govt. of the Congress-ruled states to expeditiously implement the food security in states including Karnataka and Kerala, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. The implementation of the scheme under this bill is planned to be roll out from next month.
