BACKING INTO BABY: Child Uninjured after Van Clips, Drags His Stroller (CAUGHT ON TAPE)

A van is caught on surveillance video backing into a woman and her child in a stroller, then taking off with the stroller and child still stuck to the car. The mother and child suffered only minor cuts and bruises. Cops are looking for the driver, who is described as a black man wearing a blue shirt, saggy blue jeans, and blue and orange athletic shoes.
