Coffins containing the remains of three of Nelson Mandela's children are loaded into a vehicle in South Africa's community of Qunu.

The remains were reburied here on Thursday after a bitter family feud that has divided Mandela's clan amid concerns over the 94-year-old's frail health in hospital.

Fifteen members of Mandela's family, led by his eldest daughter, had taken grandson Mandla to court over his decision to move the remains two years ago to Mvezo, Nelson Mandela's birthplace.

Authorities on Wednesday decided against Mandla and ordered the remains to be exhumed once again.

Mandla defended his decision at a news conference saying that as clan chief he had the right to rebury the deceased family members.
