Also included are fitness station,steam bath, Jacuzzi, clubhouse, function room, games room.
The condo is strategically located in the heart of the city, in prime District 08, many amenities surround City Square 24 hrs Shopping centres (mustafa Center), stores, food centres, super markets where you can literally buy everything that you can imagine.. We have City Square Mall which is right next to the condo with access to shopping, eateries/restaurants, NTUC-fairprice, banks, medical services and new cinema . In addition, there are tons of cheap food and coffee shops across the road
Several bus services are available in the vicinity and it is a short walk from Farrer Park MRT station (purple line) which is right next to the condo. I don't think there are many places in the city where you can live closer to an MRT station than this one. Also Lavender MRT (green line) is just a 10min walk away and there are plenty of buses taking you to almost every location in Singapore within a couple of minutes.
