Odisha CM distributes cell phones to 15,000 farmers

With elections due in less than a year and in order to appease the rural voters from the farming sector, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday distributed cell phones under the “Digital Mondi” scheme to around 15000 farmers.
