Jodhpur man invents miniature cooler for pet birds

Keeping in mind the prevailing heat waves blowing across North West India, a local of Jodhpur city experimented with his creative skills and made a miniature cooler to provide his pet birds some relief from the scorching heat. The cooler is said to be the smallest in size.
