BREAKING: Explosion, Fire at Chemical Plant; Possible Injuries

A massive and potentially deadly explosion has just occurred at a chemical plant in Louisiana in between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. WAFB reporting that emergency crews are on the scene and there are multiple injuries. People are being evacuated from the area.
