Many school scholars face repaying a hill of liability upon graduating, and many school graduates end up employed jobs that don't need a degree. Even poorer, 40 per hundred of college scholars drop out without earning a degree, but that does not free them from the debt they have built up. Prof. Daniel Lin contends that government grants are to accuse for the continually increasing charges of higher learning. whereas such subsidies are supposed to help defray school costs, they are making the situation poorer. A policy that worsens the problem it is supposed to rectify should be eliminated.
