Chris Gayle talks to Cricket World TV (http://www.cricketworld.com) at the launch of the Chris Gayle Academy in London, an initiative designed to help young people use cricket to help them become role models in their communities.

The Academy, which will also open in Jamaica in 2014, is backed by the Chris Gayle Foundation, Cricket For Change and funded by Comic Relief.

"Cricket is indeed a powerful tool, it has certainly changed my life and I hope my involvement with this Academy will help to change the lives of others in a positive way as well," Gayle said.
