Imprisoned Joran van der Sloot, convicted of murder, is planning to marry in early June and wishes to lessen his sentence from 28 years to 20 years. The woman he's married is reportedly a Peruvian native, which would allow him to apply for Peruvian citizenship and hurt America's chances of extraditing him.
