Honduras gangs offer truce for jobs

The largest and most dangerous street gang in Honduras has declared a truce after 8 months of mediation. The 18th Street gang, along with a rival outfit, offered to make peace with the government in return for rehabilitation and jobs. It follows a similar declaration by a gang in El Salvador last year.
