Maoists claim attack on Congress convoy

Maoists have claimed responsibility for the attack that killed Mahendra Karma and Nand Kumar Patel in a letter sent out on Tuesday (May 28). Karma and Patel were killed when the heavily-armed Maoists ambushed a convoy of Congress leaders in Chhattisgarh's Bastar district on Saturday, killing 27 people, including 11 Congress leaders and injured 32 others.
