When Miley Cyrus was asked who should have been crowned Maxim Magazine's Hottest Woman of 2013, she says instead of herself, it should have been singer Rihanna. When pressed further, she said on Twitter that she would 'definitely' make out with the 'Stay' singer. TMZ caught up with Rihanna to let her in on Miley's offer, to which she replied, 'tell her to call me.' Kristina Behr has all the details.
