Visitors return to Kashmir's paradise lost

The Himalayan region of Kashmir was once a global magnet for tourists.
After decades of conflict, however, the valley often referred to as paradise on Earth has seen a steady decline in visitors.
India and Pakistan have been fighting over the region since they gained independence from the British in 1947, and the valley has seen several uprisings.
On the Indian-administered side of the border, visitors are beginning to come back after what has been an unsettled year for Kashmir.
