uslm IRL aims to bring to a wide range of people a collection of video clips, both historic and modern, from all fields, from science and technology to the arts in order to give people a greater appreciation of the world we live in. ulsm IRL sources its clips both from private collections as well as from public archives in order to give the widest possible range of videos. Each video on the channel is carefully selected, and if necessary techniques such as machine learning and other algorithms are used to upscale images, interpolate missing frames and improve audio quality as well as manual editing to give viewers the best possible viewing experience. For videos which have no sound, music carefully selected from YouTube's Audio Library has been carefully selected to be used.

While many clips are taken from sources now in the public domain, these versions with much work in upscaling and video editing done are copyrighted, and all rights are reserved.
