International Aircraft Brokers was founded by Blair White, a young "let's do things differently" kind of guy. Blair started flying at age 12, logging his first hour in a King Air 200. After 100 hours in the King Air, he logged his first hour in a Cessna 172. So you see his approach to flying and aviation has always been a little different. At 14 he became hooked on helicopters. Over the next few years, he took advantage of any opportunity to log hours in any aircraft, anywhere, anytime. By the time he was of legal age to be a certified private pilot at 17, he had logged over a 1000 hours in both fixed wing and rotor aircraft. He earned the title of the youngest licensed helicopter pilot in the United States. This background was excellent training for matching aircraft with need and use.

A passion for aviation and knowledge of aircrafts is not enough to establish a business in brokering. Mr. White has been the owner and operator of several new car franchises. This experience proved that customer satisfaction is a key component of success.
