The Aznarez Siblings
Javier, Leyre and Pablo, aged 22, 17 and 15 respectively, were born in Pamplona (Navarre/Spain). They began their musical studies with their family and when they were three years old , they had their first contact with the violin. They have studied with great masters like Andras Czifra, Gordan Nikolic, Goran Gribajcevic, Vartan Manoogian, Natasha Broyaskaya, Loutsia Ibragimova, Pavel Vernikov y Valery Gazarian, winning national and international competitions and receiving great recognitions in Navarre such as the “Premio Impulso a las Artes Príncipe de Viana”and the grants from the Culture Department of the Navarre Government. They have played recitals in Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Mexico, Panama, Austria, Japan, Poland and USA. Javier released his first solo CD "Recordando a Sarasate" and he is Master in Music by the Codarts University in Rotterdam with the research "Navarra through a violin". Leyre graduated with 16 y/o at the Navarre Conservatoire and Pablo started his bachelor degree at the same conservatoire with 12 y/o. Since September 2008 Leyre and Pablo are studying in the Yehudi Menuhin School in London.
